MOSCOW, Apr 16 (PRIME) -- Russia’s investment in the U.S. treasury bonds rose 19% to U.S. $12.58 billion in February, as seen by PRIME on Thursday in the data of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
Of the total, $8.277 billion are short-term bonds and $4.309 billion are long-term bonds.
Japan remained the largest U.S. bondholder with $1.268 trillion, China was the second with $1.092 trillion.
